         9:00am – 12:00n Meet with Legislators

Venue: Frankfort, Kentucky State Capitol, Rotunda

Everyone is welcome! LGBT organizations throughout Kentucky will be sending representatives to attend the lobby day. Please join us on this important day and let our voices be heard. Show your legislators you support a statewide Fairness law prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity in employment, housing, and public accommodations. 4th of July Fairness Float  Meeting. This year's theme is "Celebrate America"

Volunteers are needed: Are you bursting with creativity? Do you like power tools? There are all kinds of ways to pitch in while we build a float for the 4th of July Parade. We need people who are good with hammers and saws and paint brushes to do the dirty work. It's hard work but we always have a lot of fun. Won't you join us? Volunteers are needed. Let’s go hand out pride month event fliers and pamphlets. Downtown Arts Center & Gallerie Soleil usually draws some of the highest pedestrian traffic; therefore, we like to promote LGBT events at these hot spots. After the “hard” work, we usually top off the evening with dinner and drinks at Mia’s. This is a very fun and social opportunity for all volunteers.
